• An initial advance is required to initiate work, followed by stage-wise payments.
• Payments are non-refundable once a stage of work has commenced.

4. Warranty & Material Use

• Warranty, if applicable, is limited to the terms mentioned in the project agreement and varies by material supplier.

5. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, layouts, drawings, and models provided by HIC Infrastructure are proprietary and may not be reproduced or reused without prior written consent.

7. Project Timelines & Delays

Any disputes arising shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
